Refund policy

FlyyAccents has a 15 day return policy;  you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s)

ALL damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours

Non Returnable Items
Custom products, personalized items ,clearance merchandise and gift cards are not returnable 

NO Refunds - Exchange or Store Credit ONLY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved you can exchange your item(s) for equal or lesser value or you will receive store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s)
